Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System

GORequest takes customer service to a level never imaginable before, but some residents still prefer the familiar process of using the telephone to obtain information or to make a request. Government Outreach’s optional Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system extends GORequest capabilities to the telephone by allowing residents to

  • Listen to Knowledge Base content over the telephone
  • Call any time to automatically get the status of their request
  • Automatically receive a request status telephone call

Agency productivity also improves with IVR, since the system can call field-based staff to inform them of high-priority issues.
