Training generally consists of two levels: staff training and advanced administrator training.
Staff training gives general users all the information they need to confidently and competently use the system in their day to day jobs. The training includes examples of typical scenarios they will face in the course of their jobs plus explanation of workflows, business rules, and other specific features of their system.
